How to Verify a UAE Job Offer Through MOHRE
A branded PDF and a recruiter’s WhatsApp number are not proof that an employment offer is genuine.

Check the employer and offer
Use MOHRE’s official enquiry and service channels to verify the establishment and any offer or transaction reference. Compare the legal company name with the licence and communication you received. A different trading name may be explainable, but it should be verified.
Compare the important terms
Check job title, basic salary, allowances, work location, hours, leave, probation and notice terms. These affect everyday pay and later calculations. Ask for corrections before signing; do not accept a promise that material terms will be fixed only after arrival.
Watch for payment scams
Be cautious if a recruiter asks the worker to send money to a personal account for a visa, permit, interview slot or guaranteed job. Do not share UAE Pass approvals, bank OTPs or unrestricted passport copies with an unverified contact.
