DubaiNow brings multiple city services into one app. Set it up with verified identity details and check the service owner before making a payment.

Start from Digital Dubai’s official DubaiNow page ↗ and follow its approved store links. Avoid lookalike apps or download files sent through messages.

Set up safely

1. Update the phone operating system and secure the device with a strong screen lock.
2. Use your own UAE Pass account and review every approval request before confirming.
3. Check that your mobile number and identity details are current.
4. Add only accounts and services that belong to you or that you are authorised to manage.
5. Before payment, confirm the biller, account number, amount and receipt destination.

When a service is not showing

Availability can depend on the issuing authority, account linkage and your user profile. Confirm the account number, refresh the connection and check the responsible authority’s own channel. DubaiNow is an access point; the underlying authority remains responsible for its service record.

A UAE Pass approval is a digital signature or login action. Reject any request you did not initiate.
