How to prepare an ILOE insurance claim
An ILOE subscription is not automatic approval. Check the policy conditions, claim window and reason employment ended before submitting.
Check the policy record
Sign in to the official ILOE portal and confirm the insured person, category, policy start date and payment history. Download the policy or certificate. If your identity or employment details are wrong, use the official support route before relying on them.
Prepare the claim
- Read the current eligibility and exclusion wording on ILOE.
- Collect the termination document showing the date and reason employment ended.
- Prepare identity, residency, work-permit and bank-account details requested by the portal.
- Submit through ILOE’s official claim channel within the live deadline shown for your case.
- Save the claim number and every uploaded file.
- Respond to requests for clarification through the official portal or verified contact channel.
Common reasons to pause
Resignation, disciplinary dismissal, an inactive or insufficient subscription period, unpaid premiums, inaccurate identity data or missing termination evidence can change eligibility. Do not rewrite the reason for separation to fit the policy; inconsistent records can delay or defeat a claim.
Keep employment and insurance issues separate
If you dispute the termination itself or unpaid dues, use the appropriate employment channel as well. An insurance claim does not replace a labour complaint, and a labour complaint does not automatically file an ILOE claim.
Use only iloe.ae and the official channels it lists. A person promising guaranteed approval for a fee is a warning sign.
